계정 및 게임 데이터 삭제
시그마스튜디오 게임 계정과 연결된 개인정보·게임 데이터의 삭제를 요청하는 공식 안내입니다. 아래 절차는 한국어와 영어로 제공됩니다.
한국어 안내
요청 방법
- 1. 이메일 제목을 “게임 데이터 삭제 요청”으로 작성합니다.
- 2. 게임명, 이용자 ID 또는 계정 ID, 연동 이메일·플랫폼 계정, 국가 또는 지역을 적습니다.
- 3. 계정 전체 삭제인지 특정 데이터 삭제인지 명확히 적습니다.
- 4. 회사가 계정 확인에 필요한 최소 정보를 요청하면 회신합니다. 비밀번호나 전체 결제카드 번호는 보내지 마세요.
처리 범위
확인이 완료되면 관계 법령이 요구하는 기간 안에 삭제를 진행하고 결과를 안내합니다. 계정, 프로필, 진행도, 게임 재화, 지원 기록 등 계정과 연결된 데이터가 대상이 될 수 있습니다. 보존 의무가 있는 정보는 분리하여 필요한 기간만 보관한 뒤 파기합니다.

How to request deletion
- 1. Use the subject “Game Data Deletion Request.”
- 2. Include the game name, player or account ID, linked email or platform account, and country or region.
- 3. State whether you want the entire Account deleted or only specified data.
- 4. Reply if we request limited information needed to verify the Account. Never send a password or full payment-card number.
What happens next
After verification, we process the request within the period required by applicable law and notify you of the result. Account, profile, progress, virtual items, and support data may be deleted. Limited records may be retained only where required or permitted for transactions, security, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations.
